Tara Tober recently moved back to the Akron area after spending 4 years dancing in Chicago. Tara is a former company dancer with the Gateway To Arts and Music at Point Park College Conservatory of Performing Arts, where she received her Bachelor of the Arts in Dance with a concentration in Jazz. She currently teaches, adjudicates, and stages a number of award winning show choirs throughout the country. She has been an alternate for the Radio City Rockettes, and was principal dancer and dance captain for the Dunco Funk Dance Company based in Chicago. She grew up dancing in various studios in the greater Akron area, including the Dance Institute at the University of Akron under Brenda Stygar.
